Terms
Last updated October 2, 2026
These terms apply to aiweekendworkshop.com and to registrations for AI Weekend Workshop events. AI Weekend Workshop is operated by Philips-Spalding, LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or registering, you agree to them.
1. What a registration includes
A paid registration gives the named attendee:
- A seat at the live sessions of the specific event you registered for.
- The workshop materials provided during that event.
- Replay access, as described in section 4.
- For in-person events, a second seat for one team member from the same business, as stated on the event page.
A registration does not include any PrivateRack AI product or service, individual consulting outside the workshop, or any guaranteed outcome. Price, dates, format and seat availability are set per event and shown on the event page when registration opens.
2. Payment
Registration is confirmed once payment is complete. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
3. Refunds and transfers
- Cancel 7 or more days before the first session: full refund.
- Inside 7 days: free transfer to a future cohort, requested before the event starts.
- No refunds for no-shows.
How to request a refund or transfer is explained on the refund policy page.
If we cancel or reschedule an event, you choose: a full refund or a free transfer to a future cohort.
4. Recordings and replays
Virtual cohorts are recorded. Registrants get replay access for 12 months after the event.
In-person workshops are not recorded. In-person registrants receive the workshop materials and 12-month access to the most recent virtual cohort replay.
Replays are for the registered attendee's own use. Do not share replay links or download, copy or redistribute recordings.
5. Conduct
- Treat instructors and other attendees with respect.
- Keep what other attendees share about their businesses confidential. Do not record, screenshot, or share it.
- Do not record the live sessions yourself.
- Only bring and use material you are allowed to use. You are responsible for what you put into any AI tool during the workshop. The data map exercise is there to help you decide.
We may remove anyone who disrupts a session or ignores these rules.
6. Your material
Documents and data you bring stay yours. Documents attendees load onto the on-site rack are deleted at the end of the weekend, before the hardware leaves the venue. The workflows, policy and plan you build during the workshop are yours to use in your business. Our workshop materials remain ours; you may use them within your own business but may not resell or republish them.
7. Education, not professional advice
The workshop is educational. It is not legal, compliance, tax, financial, or security advice for your specific situation. AI tools can produce wrong or incomplete output, and you are responsible for checking anything you rely on. We make no promises about income or business results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a registration is limited to the amount you paid for that registration. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. The site is provided "as is". Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you register applies to that registration.
