FAQ

Who is this for?

Owners and operators of companies with roughly 10 or more employees: the people who decide how work gets done.

It is not for developers looking for a coding course, and it is not a get-rich program. We make no income claims. The point is time saved and risk understood.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you use email and a web browser at work, you can do this. Everything is built step by step, live.

What should I bring?
  • A laptop. For the virtual cohort, a reliable internet connection as well.
  • A few recurring tasks or documents you want off your plate. These become your workflows.
  • A rough list of the kinds of information your business handles, for the data map.

You decide what to use. The data map tells you what is safe to put into cloud tools.

What are the formats?

Virtual cohort: two live 3-hour mornings over one weekend, on video. It runs quarterly, starting in Q1 2027.

In person: a full weekend in a host city, with hands-on time on a private AI rack and a second seat for a team member. No in-person dates are scheduled yet.

Are sessions recorded?

Virtual cohorts are recorded. Registrants get replay access for 12 months after the event.

In-person workshops are not recorded. In-person registrants receive the workshop materials and 12-month access to the most recent virtual cohort replay.

What happens to documents I load onto the rack?

Documents attendees load onto the on-site rack are deleted at the end of the weekend, before the hardware leaves the venue. The rack is only at in-person workshops.

What is the refund policy?
  • Cancel 7 or more days before the first session: full refund.
  • Inside 7 days: free transfer to a future cohort, requested before the event starts.
  • No refunds for no-shows.

If we cancel or reschedule an event, you choose: a full refund or a free transfer to a future cohort.

The refund policy explains how to ask for a refund or transfer.

Can I bring someone from my team?

In-person registrations include a second seat for a team member. For the virtual cohort, each person registers for their own seat.

Is this a PrivateRack sales pitch?

No. The workshop is a paid product that stands on its own, and most attendees don't need what PrivateRack sells. If your data map shows you do, we'll tell you, and that conversation happens after the weekend, not during it.

What happens after the workshop?

You run your 30-day plan with the owners you named. The data map, policy and plan are yours.
