First virtual cohort: Q1 2027
AI Weekend Workshop
Put AI to work in your business in one weekend.
You bring real work from your business. You leave with a map of which data can go into cloud AI tools, three workflows that already work, a one-page staff policy, and a 30-day plan with an owner for each workflow.
01What you leave with
Four things you take back to work on Monday.
- 01
A data map
What in your business can go into cloud AI tools, what can't, and what is still undecided. Customer records, contracts, financials and staff files each land in one of three columns, with the reason written down.
- 02
Three working AI workflows
Built on your own real work during the workshop, not on sample exercises. You test each one on a real example before the weekend ends.
- 03
A one-page AI use policy
Plain rules for your staff: which tools are approved, what never goes into them, and when a person has to check the output before it leaves the building.
- 04
A 30-day rollout plan
Each workflow gets a named owner, a start date, and a simple way to tell whether it is working.
02How the weekend runs
Two mornings, three hours each, live.
Morning one
Capabilities, limits, and your data map
3 hours, live
- What current AI tools do well, and where they fail
- Live demonstrations on realistic business material
- Building your data map
Morning two
Your workflows, your policy, your plan
3 hours, live
- Building three workflows on your own work
- Writing your staff AI use policy
- Building your 30-day rollout plan
- Live, not pre-recorded
- Taught in real time, with room for your questions.
- Replay included
- Attendees get the recording, so a missed segment is not lost.
- Bring real work
- A few recurring tasks or documents you would like to hand off. Your data map tells you which ones are safe to use.
03Two formats
Online, or in the room.
Virtual cohort
Two live weekend mornings, three hours each, on video. Planned quarterly.
- A cohort of business owners and operators learning together
- Replay included for attendees
- Price set per cohort and published with the dates
In person
A full weekend in a host city, with more time to work on your own material.
- A small room of owners, so everyone gets individual help
- Hands-on time with a private AI rack in the room, using your own documents
- Includes a second seat for a team member
- Price set per event and published with the dates
04Who it is for
Built for the people who run the business.
A good fit if you are
- An owner or operator of a company with roughly 10 or more employees
- The person who decides how work gets done, and you want AI to save time without creating new risk
- Unsure what is safe to put into a chatbot, and tired of guessing
- Not technical. No coding or AI background needed
Not a fit if you want
- A developer course. This is not about coding or building models
- A way to make money from AI itself. This is not a get-rich program, and we make no income claims
- A self-paced video library. The workshop is live and hands-on
05Your instructors
Taught by Nathan Spalding and Chris Philips.
Nathan and Chris co-founded PrivateRack AI, which builds private AI infrastructure for businesses. That is a fair reason to be skeptical of anyone teaching AI, so we say it up front: we teach cloud and local tools on their merits, and if your data map shows you do not need what we sell, we will tell you.
